X、Y、Z采用精密滚珠丝杠传动，精度高、寿命长。纵向行程大，X、Y轴采用直线导轨，移动速度快，精度高。Z轴采用滚柱直线导轨、承受载荷大，刚性高。采用伺服主轴，扭矩大，精度高，稳定性好，运行速度快。X、Y、Z轴采用自动润滑。床身采用优质铸件、合理布筋，具有极好的刚性。主轴单元采用变频伺服电机（带编码器反馈）经同步带驱动精密高速主轴（BT40锥孔）的结构。由主轴伺服驱动器控制主轴电机，经同步带驱动精密主轴，控制精度高，力矩特性好
