JXL400车削中心是两轴联动半闭环全功能数控车床，根据当代先进的设计制造技术，执行国家现行最新精度标准及我厂检测标准，配置国内、外先进的功能部件，各项运动安全可靠。适合加工形状复杂的回转零件，能进行柱面、曲面、锥面、阶梯面、各种内外螺纹、钻孔、扩孔、铰孔和滚压等加工，尤其适合大批量零件的加工。
所有铸件采用树脂砂材料，铸件尺寸精度高，刚性强，表面质量好，铸件均经过自经过人工时效与振动时效处理，来降低和均化各工件残余应力，防止工件变形，提高机床的耐磨性、稳定性、抗振性，使机床长期稳定地连续高速加工。

数控系统采用发那科、广数系统或凯恩帝等国内外知名品牌，也可根据用户要求选配其它系统。

JXL400车削中心配备伺服刀塔，所有结合面均经手工刮研，床头箱采用HEXAGON三坐标测量仪检测，整机采用激光干涉仪进行检测，有效的保证Z轴、X轴的定位精度，反向间隙及机床的稳定性，重复定位精度高。

⑺  配备高性能液压刀台，刚性好、精度高、工作可靠；
⑻  主轴为高刚性高速结构，采用变频电机驱动，可实现无级变速以及恒线速切削和高速切削；
⑼  标准型配备液压动力卡盘，也可按用户的要求安装套筒夹头，装夹工件方便、工作可靠；
⑽  X轴、Z轴和主轴均配备半闭环反馈装置；
⑾  各种联锁和保护功能齐全，工作安全可靠；
⑿配备高刚性的液压动力尾座和高精度的回转顶尖；
⒀集中式单线阻尼自动润滑系统，方便可靠；
⒁纵向丝杠在装配时已加预拉载荷，刚性好，能抵消热变形，提高了精度。
